On April 17, 2026, the Scientific-Production Center of Horse Breeding hosted a festive musical and song event titled "Heavenly Steeds: National Heritage and Pride of the Turkmen People," held in honor of the National Holiday of the Turkmen Horse. During the event, specialists from the Arkadag City Hakimlik, the Arkadag City Trade Union Federation, and the Scientific-Production Center of Horse Breeding delivered speeches dedicated to the upcoming national celebration.
This festive musical and song event was hosted by Ogulnar Bayramova, Chief Specialist of the Department of Organizational, Cultural, and Mass Work of the Arkadag City Trade Union Federation. From the Scientific-Production Center of Horse Breeding, Gulshat Meredova, Zybagozel Kakabayeva, Ayjeren Yakubova, Geldimuhammet Bashimov, and Ezizkhan Isayev took an active part, delivering engaging presentations on the Akhalteke horses—bred over millennia—and the specialized art of Turkmen seyises (horse trainers).
